Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to search for a home on this site, including people who use assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as part of every release, not an afterthought.
What we've implemented
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, including menus, dialogs, and the search filters.
- Semantic structure — headings, landmarks, and labeled forms with clear error messages.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA on text and interactive controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and listing photos.
- Motion that respects your “reduce motion” system setting.
- A responsive layout that works with zoom up to 200% and on any screen size.
- The map search always has an equivalent: every result on the map is also in the accessible results list.
Known limitations
Some third-party content is not fully under our control — embedded virtual tours and videos, map imagery, and photos delivered by listing feeds. Where a barrier exists we will always offer the same information another way: contact us and we'll provide any listing detail in the format that works for you.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter any barrier on this site, or would like help with any part of it, contact us and we will respond within a few business days: nh.realestateadvisor@gmail.com · +1 (954) 383-2908, or through the contact page. Your feedback directly improves the site — accessibility issues are prioritized like functional bugs.
