Filing an infringement notice

To file a notice of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), send our designated agent a written notice that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including its URL on this site.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed or disabled in response to a notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and its location on the site before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
