Fair Housing Commitment

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Our pledge

We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

We fully support the federal Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, as well as Florida and Miami-Dade County fair-housing laws, which protect additional classes. Every visitor and client receives the same professional service, whoever they are.

No steering — how we describe homes and areas

We describe homes and neighborhoods using facts: price, size, features, location, schools' distance, commute, and the estimated cost of ownership. We do not characterize any area by the protected-class makeup of its residents, we will not answer whether an area is “right for” any type of people, and we will never steer you toward or away from a neighborhood on that basis — this applies to every feature of this site as well as to Nilyan personally. Where you choose to look, live, and buy is entirely your decision.

Report a concern

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): call 1-800-669-9777 (TTY 1-800-927-9275) or visit hud.gov/fairhousing. In Florida you can also contact the Florida Commission on Human Relations. And if anything on this site ever falls short of this commitment, please tell us directly — we will fix it.
