For Seasonal Rent, we have 18 stalls to rent to one or two tenants in a 24 stall barn (owner keeps 4 horses there), Tenant will have exclusive use of 3 tack rooms, a laundry room and a feed room, plus a huge storage bay. The shared amenities include a 250'x150' all weather arena built by JTWG , adjacent to a large (280'x280') grass derby field and 1/4 mile exercise track.
